Ruby's Tower

The tree died long ago, but it is right on the forest edge. It towers above all others, but it is dead. Hollowed out and held up inside, it has nice perches for her to rest in, a bedroom/nest on the very top that is Ruby's alone, and there are guest rooms for others on various levels, and bathrooms (some designed for other animals and birds). Underground, there are human rooms for the runaways she is suspposed to hunt. She points out she can't save them all.
