1. Your site must be active! Every once in awhile, your site will be checked for the activity level. If it is not active (more than two weeks since the last post), your affiliate banner will be removed.

2. You are given three days to have our banner up. It is suggested that it is up before posting an affiliate request, but not required. If we do not see our banner up within the time specification, the affiliation request will be denied, and the banner deleted.

3. The size of your banner MUST be 88 x 31. If it is not, the banner will be resized. This will probably make it out of proportion, so please, keep to the correct size.

4. Even though we have a separate advertising board , please state whether it is an affiliate or ad in the thread title! People seem to ignore this. It makes it a whole lot easier on the staff when it comes to organizing.

5. Your banner gets placed where you put ours. This means: Static = static, scrolling/marquee = scrolling. You have to meet certain requirements for sister status.

6. If you could mention somewhere in your request where you've placed out banner, we'd be appreciative ^^

Note: Once your affiliate request has been accepted, and your banner added, the request will be placed in our "Accepted Affiliates" board.


Static Affiliation
When requesting a static affiliate request, we ask that you be very active (A post at least every couple days), and have 15+ members; Not too hard to achieve.






Advertising Guidelines

1. There's the general rule.. keep sites rated PG-13 or less for the sake of the Proboards ToS.

2. There are no forms on this site, so we ask that you not have forms for us when we go to link back.

3. Post your advertisements IN the Advertising sub-board, or get deleted without notice.

4. Advertisements will be cleaned out every 6 months or so.

5. DO NOT post a banner code if you are not affiliating!†

6. If you are linking back, post in our Link Back section.

†Note: If your advertisement has a banner code, your banner will be added, so please have our banner up as well. If you don't want our banner on your site then don't add the code please.




Sister Site Requirements

1. A great layout that is easily navigational and not eye-burning.

2. While we don't have an impressive amount of active members, we ask that you have about 20 members, are active with a post or two a day. Nothing too special or different from static, but what does make it different...

3. The site requesting to be a Sister must have something unique about them.. I don't really care what.. but yeah. On your request, make sure to note what unique attribute you carry ^^



Don't See Your Banner?

* Your site did not have our banner up within three days.

* Your site is inactive or was when we last checked.

* Your banner link went on the fritz and we deleted the affiliate.
