Name: Lilith
Gender: Female
Type: Human
Age: Nine years, approximately
Owned by: Currently on market
Position: Enslaved
Lifestyle: Currently living at her breeder's, waiting to be sold off to her new master.
Residence: Again, currently living at her breeder's.
Description: Lilith is thin and pale due to malnourishment. She has a round face that always seems to don a serene expression. If she was exposed to the sun every once in a while, Lil would almost definitely be the sweet little girl with rosy cheeks and a broad smile that seemed to eminate pure ectasy. But, unfortuneatly this isn't the case. She is a happy little girl, so she does tend to smile often, but it's more of a stifled smile than it could be. Her cheeks have retained a touch of pink, but the amount decreases with the days.
Lily has big blue-gray eyes, and a nose that curves upward slightly. She is rather short for her age, and would probably end up being quite pretty if she happened to live to adulthood. Honestly, Lilith is quite frail. If she wound up in the hands of a cruel master, she probably wouldn't last.
Personality: Lilith is chipper for a girl who's spent her whole life in a cage. She's always wearing a naive, innocent smile, despite her circumstances. Why be upset? Her life is the only one she's experienced. Lil has nothing to compare to, and has long ago accepted that her kind is not the dominant species on the planet.
Lily knows very little about the rebellion aside from the fact that, as she believes and has been told, they are a group of very bad Humans who have disrespected the Animals' authority and run away. She wants absolutely nothing to do with them. Lilith has always been taught that the Humans were the ones in the wrong, and at that age you don't stop to think those things through for yourself. You believe whatever you're told is factual.
And she is aware of The Wipeout, but again was told the Humans were the ones who were acting unacceptable. Lil would never doubt that alleged truth. Forming opinions is bad. Forming opions gets you in trouble.
She's a very obedient little girl and wouldn't dare go against the wishes of her future master. At the same time, she's a tad nervous about leaving the breeder's. She's overheard stories from other Humans that what the breeder told them were lies, and that her species should be considered equal, and that there were cruel owners and captors in the world who wouldn't think twice about beating her. Lil doesn't believe them, but it does make her stomach turn when her mind lingers on the subject.
Lily is eager to start her work, not realizing just how fragile she is, or how straining most of the jobs tend to be. She would make a faithful sidewalker if given the chance, but doesn't have potential for much else besides an agreeable little pet.
One thing that makes Lil feel awkward and scared are other Humans. After all, she's been taught her whole life that most were stupid and brutal. If she does make friends, she'd rather it be in an Animal, though she knows the chances are slim that one of such higher social stature would want to be a companion to her.
Wardrobe: Lilith wears a somewhat tattered dress, along with a thin sweater for when it's cold at night. the dress is covered in a simple checkers, such as the ones on the uniforms to private schools. The colors were once a pastel pink and green, but after two years of use, even though she lives in a cage it has managed to become dirty and tattered after the extended period of use. The sweater is a bit too small for her, but she appreciates having it anyway. It's a cream color, and is newer than her dress and therefore in better condition.
History: Lil has spent her whole life at a breeder's, only leaving her cage on few, very cherished occasions. She's never met her parents and never thinks much of them considering none of the others she lives with know their parents either.
Her current, temporary master is an ocelot who always has at least five or six young Humans in her possession, and about two pairs of breeders. She was never particularly cruel to the children she planned on selling, but she was clever, deciding to concentrate on their behavior instead of their physical strength. "You must teach them their place before their minds become tainted with thoughts of hatred and revolt. You can concentrate on making them stronger later in their lives, once they are quiet proper things, free of opinions of their own." She would spend hours a day regaling them with stories about how horrid their kind was, but assuring them that they wouldn't be viewed that way if they obeyed their masters and served them faithfully.
The Humans she owned were not allowed to interact with each other under any circumstances., just incase some unwanted thoughts started to spread among them.. Reading was not taught to her or the others either, keeping in consideration that the idea of Humans reading was quite controversial and might turn off potential buyers. Basically, she was only taught to be respectful and completely obedient so that she, and the others, would be a blank slate for her new owner.
The ocelot, a Miss Barbara, did her job well. The Humans never left their cages unless they needed to be relocated to another room. She gave them cages that were large enough so that they could stand and walk a few paces, so that they wouldn't suffer from atrophy so early on. Barbara was careful to to make sure her Humans knew that the only way to live was how she taught, to discourage the creatures from lashing out. (After all, the sole thing she prided herself on was her Humans' unprecedented level of obedience and respect)
This process broke some, making them hardly more than robots. Which was good. that's what she want. Well behaved robots. It didn't have the same result on Lil.
Lily viewed the situation differently. Instead of being fearful or lifeless, she eagerly prepared herself to go off to her new master, ready to see more of the world than the small storage rooms Barbara’s merchandise were contained in.
Lil would grin whenever she saw Barbara, and greet her cheerfully. Any new face is welcome after hours upon hours of solitude with little to no mental stimulation. Barbara discouraged this behavior, though, telling Lil she should only speak when spoken to directly. But Lil couldn't seem to help herself. She was so painstakingly innocent that it hurt t make you think how shocked she'd be when thrown out into life.
At the age of nine, Lilith was declared ready to be put up on the market, something she had waited her entire life for. Her face lit up when she heard the news, but she uttered not a word. It was time to truly start taking Barbara’s teachings into consideration.
Family: Unknown. Obviously one of Barbara's breeding pairs.
Married: Obviously not, at nine years old.
Children: Again, obviously not.
Category: Unknown. It'll be up to her new owner who is yet to be decided upon. Would anyone be up to buying her? I'd really, really appreciate it.
Statistics: Not decided upon either, considering she doesn't know what she'll even be assigned to do yet.
Color:Color
Other: I really would love if someone would volunteer to buy her. Poor Lil. I feel for her already. XD
Roleplaying Example: Lil glanced up at the ceiling of her cage, the actual celing of the storage room visible through the bars. The lighting was dim, and it was hard to see in the dark place. Not like there was much to see anyway.
She sighed contentedly, lying down and clacking her feet together as she smoothed out her dress and felt around for her sweater, using it like a blanket. "Maybe this time tomorrow I won't even be here," the girl whispered in a an almost inaudible tone. "Maybe I'll be off with my new master." The thought caused a serene smile to form on her lips. Finally, she'd be able to work and undo some of the wrongs the Rebellion had wrought. How dare they turn against the Animals. The thought sickened Lilith. The Animals could do away with their race altogether if they wanted to, and yet they were generous to keep the Humans around. Why would anyone betray them after that kindness? Not to mention the fact that the Humans were obviously worthless in comparison to the Animals. She shook her head solemnly out of disappointment for her species. Some of them just didn't seem to understand.
Slowly and gently, Lil shut her eyes a long, drawn out yawn escaping her thin lips. She wondered what time it was...There were no windows in the storage room, and she had only been outside of the house once. What a nice experience that had been.
She concluded that it must be night. Humans didn't sleep during the day, or at least, she didn't believe they did...No matter. Whatever time of day it was right now was when Humans slept...Which brought her right back to the initial question. "Hmph," the child grunted, crossing her arms in frustration.
After a time though, her position became less tense, and her arms fell limp by her side. Finally, Lil's head drooped to one side, her mouth slightly agape. And that was it. She was out like a light, dreams filled with misconceptions and happy little assumptions of her future life.
(I know, I know. It's bad. But I can't think, and wasn't sure what else to say. X3)
